Client is seeking Business Analysts for contract positions. This role is located in Tampa, FL. The Business Analyst will provide research and support to the Banking Account Management and Financial teams. Benefits are available for this position which includes national plan options for medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as a matching 401K plan. *JOB OVERVIEW / REQUIRED SKILLS* • Support the Bank Network Management team in the Bank Account Attestation initiative • Identify appropriate internal and external contacts to facilitate research on bank and custody accounts • Research and resolve items with incomplete information • Research and resolve items where attestation was declined or ownership is unknown • Perform maintenance on accounts held with the agent banks • Research and identify appropriate internal control contacts (responsibility for Operational Ownership and funding) • Research and obtain transaction and payment methodologies • Support the Bank Network Management team in Uncashed Checks investigation • Research and identify accounts with check writing capabilities • Investigate accounts with check writing capabilities for issued and unredeemed checks • Research and identify appropriate internal control contacts • Knowledge in Trading / Capital Markets / Settlement across trade products (cash securities, equities, etc) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with minimum 5 years in data driven analysis • Project experience minimum of 4-6 years ideally within the Business Intelligence realm with exposure to operational risk and control. • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint hands on experience *JOB SKILLS:* *Essential Experience:* • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the international financial services industry, preferably Network Management, Account Management, Finance, International Securities or Treasury Operations.
