Ø  Support Help Desk Ticket Queue – Level 1 Support

o   Creating User accounts in various Portals. (Basic AD Usage)

o   Change Password on various interfaces as needed for client.

o   Support for Google Apps and Google interfaces.

o   User Support – Remote Hands – Skype Calling

o   Supporting Microsoft Office Products.



·         Google Apps Experience is a Plus

·         Previous Help Desk Support is A Plus

·         Strong communication skills to end user experience is key.

·         User Administration with Active Directory experience needed.
