Architects and designs infrastructure for SAP systems (networking, storage, high availability, disaster recovery). Ensures the SAP methodology for all SAP infrastructures is followed. · Implements network standards and procedures as they relate to SAP systems. Assesses impact of new SAP releases to current system landscape environments, designs solution and assists production support teams in deploying the solution. Installs and maintains systems according to SAP architecture specifications. · Maintains multi-landscape environment which include SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, SAP NetWeaver and SAP PI/PO. Experience in migrations of database greater than 7TB. Co · Has a Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience. Must be OS-DB migration certified. Experienced in executing DB migration preferably DB2 UDB. Should have deep understanding of the migration process & tools. · Has 7-10 years of hands on experience with SAP Basis Administration. Experienced in JAVA-based SAP systems. Experience in SAP Database Migrations, Upgrades, Installations and Configurations. Possesses strong working experience in supporting SAP installations on AIX and Linux. Is knowledgeable in Solution Manager. · Exhibits strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others. Exhibits solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. A high standard for work ethic and quality is required.
