Please find the Job description below and contact me at your earliest possible convenience. *Role: Product Specialist/Production Support Analyst/IT Support Analyst* *Duration: **6+ Months* *Location: Lincolnshire, IL* *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills * Role *Product Specialist/Production Support Analyst/IT Support Analyst* Mandatory Technical Skills Clearcase, Klocwork, Collaborator, Git-Gerrit, Jira, Wandisco, Polarion, Jenkins, SCM tools ( SVN, Confluence,Artifactory ) Duties & Responsibilities - Manage day to day IT production support operations activities. - Functional understanding of SCM Process, ITIL, 6-sigma, process. - End-user support to configure Engg SW Tools as per Business requirements - Provide End user support and technical support to Engg & PDIT business users. - Experience with installation, configuration, administration and deployment of Engg S/W Tools as listed above. - Capability to understand the Engg S/W tools architecture and migrate/set-up them to/in new environment. - Drive technical calls with infra-structure team,SCMs and Third Party vendors - Schedule regular status meeting with client. Desirable Functional Skills - Software configuration management, Incident , Problem & Change Management, - ITIL v2 Certification, RIO Awareness. - Good Communication, analytical & Co-ordination Skills. - Stakeholder management. - Deploy Engg SW Tools in new/migrated/vCloud Air environment. - Knowledge of MSSQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL SQL and Oracle databases.
