Title*:** Sr. Security Architect with** AWS security experience* Location: *NYC * Duration: 10 Weeks *Phone hire * *Sr. Security Architect - must have extensive AWS security experience* · Travel % At Client Site: Expecting the first 2-3 weeks on site in NYC and the remainder of the project to be remote *Must have strong Evident.IO* *Role:* Provide AWS subject matter expertise and experience to drive the technical recommendations for all deliverables. · Perform analysis of all received documentation and architectural diagrams. · Liaison for all Company Technical staff. · Participate in requirements, design, and configuration work sessions. · Create Cloud Security Reference Architecture. · Create Cloud Security Control Discovery and Gap Analysis. · Document Cloud Security Control Recommendations and Roadmap. · Perform AWS audit and analysis of AWS implementation. · Responsibility for all Evident.IO configuration tasks. · Configure/Run Evident.IO against Company’s selected AWS accounts. · Create AWS Health Check Executive Presentation. · Provide recommendations for remediation. · Provide content for all deliverables. *Project Objectives:* . Baseline Company’s AWS Cloud Security Environment against Cloud Security Best Practices: Perform baseline security assessment of Company cloud security, focusing on gaps in meeting industry and CTP best practices and Company’s implementation. . 3rd party services recommendations: Review and provide recommendations of 3rd party tools and services used by Company to secure the current cloud platform, and provide gap analysis of tools selected with remediation recommendations. . Security Control Assessment: Review existing controls against a standard cloud recommended control framework. . Security Reference Architecture: Create a comprehensive high-level cloud security reference architecture documentation that gives relevant Company audiences a clear path forward as they engage in the cloud. . Plan forward: Evaluate and recommend an implementation plan for remediation of gaps in security governance, tools and compliance of Company’s cloud implementation.
