As a .NET Web Developer, the Worker must have a strong background in .NET
version 4.6 or above; Visual Studio Professional 2015; and have worked with
Oracle and Web technologies. The Worker must have extensive experience in
the following:
• Developing .NET solutions using MVC design based on
functional specifications for a group or organization
• Web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SSL/TLS, and JSON
• Web service development using REST and SOAP
• Experience with building accessible sites using
section 508 or WCAG 2.0 guidelines
• JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks including
RequireJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery
• Working with business customers to gather data
requirements
• Adhering to software development processes and
standards
• Preparing detailed documentation
• Generating work estimates in a SDLC environment
The Worker must be familiar with data warehouse, database structures, ETLs,
and reporting platforms. The Worker must also be able to work both the
.NET development team and Programs to ensure work complies with the
standards and that all software artifacts are prepared accurately in a
timely manner. The Worker must also be focused on delivering quality
products within budget.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal
communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a diverse team
environment with local and remote teams
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and
juggle priorities
• Knowledge of software development methodologies
• Must be able to work around projects and deadlines
with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary
* II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS *
Minimum Requirements:
• Years Skills/Experience
• 8 Experience with .NET 3.0 or above.
• 4 Experience with .NET 4.0 or above.
• 4 Experience with MVC (Model-view-controller).
• 4 Experience with web technologies: HTML5, CSS#,
SSL/TLS, and JSON.
• 4 Experience in web service development using SOAP
and REST.
• 4 Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and related
frameworks including RequireJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• 8 Experience designing, creating, and overseeing .NET
Web applications for large, complex, high-availability systems.
• 8 Experience with integrating data warehouse,
databases, ETLS, and reporting platforms with .NET applications.
• 8 Experience conducting design sessions with subject
matter experts and business process owners to meet data requirements
• Strong Proven project team building skills; ability to lead and
collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project team
• Strong Communication, organizational, planning, and
documentation skills to interact with staff, users, and leadership; as well
as having ability to be a technical lead.
• Strong Knowledge of accessibility standards set by Section 508
of ADA; or WAG 2.0 guidelines
• Strong Knowledge of Visual Studio Professional 2015
• Strong Ability to work development tools; with an in-depth
understanding of technical design
• Strong Capability of serving as a technical quality assurance
programmer/consultant
