Working with business users or project teams to identify and address issues • Identifying requirements for development requests • Working on the technical aspect of Microsoft BizTalk to resolve issues and customize solution • Manage the work of other developers in the team Required Functional Skills • Provide architectural and design guidance for Integration Solutions using BizTalk • Exposure to design and development principles of SSIS based integration applications • Problem analysis and solution identification/implementation • Identify and execute on process improvement initiatives to add system robustness and fault tolerance • Test case development and execution • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work in a team environment and under tight timeframes • Effectively promote best practices • Excellent client interaction skills • Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) • Ability to root cause analysis for all production issues in the BizTalk integration space Required Technical Skills and Experience • Senior level experience with implementing enterprise-level integration software solutions • 4+ years experience in development using Microsoft BizTalk Server(prefer some experience with BizTalk 2013) • Experience and understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Mapping, Rules Engine, Orchestration, XML schema design and custom pipelines • Thorough understanding of relational database design principles • Experience with Workflow Tools, SharePoint development (Creating workflow, routing, rules, alerts, etc.) • Experience with using and consuming WebServices.
