*Job Description*

*Position Summary:*

·         Under general supervision, applies change management processes to
install and maintain the company's infrastructure systems by installing,
tuning, and patching operating system and application software under
established guidelines.

·         Builds and installs complex server hardware according to
architectural standards.

·         Assesses and resolves server and network issues via the Trouble
Ticket process and by utilizing appropriate vendor and site contacts as

·         Acts as a technical resource, providing guidance to applications
support functions. Assists in supervising others.

·         Provides basic job training and guidance on a regular basis;
performs work of same or closely allied nature.

·         Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost
containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

·         This candidate will be supporting the Service Now Asset Discovery
project and will help asset management team with Server asset discovery in
the production environment.

·         This will include troubleshooting, fixing issues, and collecting
asset information from the production site.

·         They will also build infrastructure and break fix servers in
Client production.

*Required Skills:*

·         Understanding of Sudo and configuration management systems like
Cfengine or puppet is required.

·         3-4 years of Unix sysadmin skills required.

·         Experience with Sudoers is highly desirable.

·         Knowledge on executing commands simultaneously on multiple
systems via scripting or other automation is highly desirable.

·         Ideal background would be Enterprise Unix Administration &
