12+ months contract · 15+ years of experience in managing software engineering projects and software engineering teams, involving development · 6+ years of experience in Organizational Transformation through Agile Coaching, mentoring and providing roadmap · Experience in leading transformation of organizations/portfolios into Agile, working closely with client senior management and successfully guided them through the challenges of Scrum adoption. · Specialization in Agile implementation of multiple scrum teams including teams made of globally / virtual environments · Experience in implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments · Experience in successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity · Exceptional knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Lean principles and practices · Individual agile/scrum coaching to scrum masters and other scrum team members, conducted Agile basics training to several groups within organization · Strong knowledge of SDLC principles, practices and hands-on experience in using multiple agile lifecycle management tools - versionone, JIRA Agile, Rally etc · Excellent and effective communication skills, should have experience in articulating to VPs, Senior management from both IT/Business organization · Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels · Certified Scrum Coach (CSC, CSM, PSM II) Ram, [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
