Minimum Requirements:


*10+ plus years project management experience overseeing large, complex
programs for a global Financial Services organization. Theoretical and
practical knowledge of standard project management methodologies, System
Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and processes - with a demonstrated
proficiency in industry standard tools (MS-Project) and techniques
(work-breakdown, MoSCoW, etc.).*

Bachelor's degree educated in a business related field
Description:

Challenge the processes and provide ideas to help make it better and
improve

o Lead the planning and implementation of project.
o Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
o Define project tasks and resource requirements.
o Develop full scale project plans.
o Assemble and coordinate project staff, both direct and indirect.
o Manage project budget and resource plans.
o Plan and schedule project timelines.
o Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
o Provide direction and support to project team.
o Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all
stakeholders.
o Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
o Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project
goals.
o Complete project evaluations and assessment of results at close.
o Data modeling and analytics
o The project manager would be responsible for the following deliverables:
issue tracking and resolution, risk identification and mitigation, managing
the change control process, managing the end to end project plan and
reporting out status relative to the project timeline, implementation and
integration to production through training and communication with various
stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification:
o Qualification in project management or equivalent (PMP)

 Database Developer and/or Technical HRIS consultant with database
(PLSQL/Banner) experience,Albuquerque, NM



Required Skills:   PLSQL/ BANNER (not student side, HR Module preferred),
Experience with Electronic Personnel Action Form (EPAF)  Must be able to
write scripts



Nice to have skills:   Java, Oracle, Project Management, CornerStone





Project:   HRIS Implementation, implementing Cornerstone Talent Management
with Ellucian Banner integration components. Cornerstone modules being
implemented: Learning, On Boarding, Recruiting.





This consultants primary duty is to work with the two Programmers assigned
to the implementation to take the data cornerstone is providing and import
that data into the HR/Payroll tables within BANNER using EPAF (Electronic
Personnel Action Form) * EPAF is Banners online form that departments
submit employment data changes.



Day to day duties:



Writing database scripts



Troubleshooting any data integration issues



Participate in stakeholder meetings related to the HRIS implementation.
(Human Resources, Information Technology, Vendor and various stakeholders



May assist with assessing workflow of current human resources processes and
consult on automation and configuration strategy;



May assist with assessing configuration impact on user experience,
organizational and department configuration impact, reporting capabilities
etc.



Assist with completion of Recruiting module and initiate and complete
on-boarding modules of the HRIS system



Provide input to the Project Manager to develop a revised project plan and
implementation dates etc;



Assist with Go live, user communications and training and other areas as
needed.
