Nice to have skills: Java, Oracle, Project Management, CornerStone Project: HRIS Implementation, implementing Cornerstone Talent Management with Ellucian Banner integration components. Cornerstone modules being implemented: Learning, On Boarding, Recruiting. This consultants primary duty is to work with the two Programmers assigned to the implementation to take the data cornerstone is providing and import that data into the HR/Payroll tables within BANNER using EPAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) * EPAF is Banners online form that departments submit employment data changes. Day to day duties: Writing database scripts Troubleshooting any data integration issues Participate in stakeholder meetings related to the HRIS implementation.
