Currently, a client of ours in Wilmington, DE is looking for *Profile / Anyware Developers with previous experience working in an Agile environment *for a year + long consulting assignment. *Summary: * The Profile Developer position requires the design, coding, and testing of software projects, with a special focus on the underlying architecture of systems and integration between them. Additionally, the Profile Senior Developer is expected to lead projects and project teams, mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices. *Experience & Qualifications:* -5 plus years work experience developing applications a must. -2 plus years experience managing projects and teams is a plus -2 plus years experience with multi tier system design and implementation. In-depth knowledge of Mumps "M" Language with in a Financial environment. Experience with Fidelity Sanchez Profile / Anyware Application In-depth knowledge of JDBC and SQL. Additional experience should include Windows desktop and server applications (such as MS Office and SQL Server), some Unix, and basic hardware systems. Solid interpersonal skills. Ability to communication clearly in written and verbal form. Exceptional problem solving abilities. Ability to lead others and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
