*Role- Enterprise Release Deployment Lead*
*Location- **Hillsboro, OR* *Enterprise Release Deployment Lead Responsibilities* - Develop and maintain release deployment plans to support enterprise releases - Collaborate with multiple Technical and Functional teams - Act as escalation point for any release deployment issues or needs - Ensure all changes are visible to and approved by appropriate stakeholders. - Be a driving force for constantly improving performance, scalability, extensibility, reliability, availability, and usability of the release deployment process - Publish key metrics on the efficiency and effectiveness of release deployment - As a member of the Technology Change & Release (CRM) team, act as a Launch Coordinator for the deployment of enterprise releases with the ability to work at nights and weekends when needed · Exhibit a high level of individual initiative · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Must be able to perform multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work · DevOps and/or Release Engineering experience desired · Project management experience is a plus - Environment management experience is a plus - SAP experience is a plus *Requirements:* - The ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines · Ability to understand complex systems with multiple dependencies · Understanding of business impact translated to systems thinking - Strong Leadership and influencing skills - Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to adapt to rapid change · Some technical background desired (especially related to Release Engineering and/or DevOps; release and/or environment management) · Project Management skills desired · Strong communication skills preferred - Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external team members - Ability to consult with senior peers to learn through experience and be able to retain and apply items learned · Experience coordinating and running environment planning meetings · Ability to troubleshoot and maintain sense of urgency - Ability to work flexible schedule and may be required to work additional hours, as needed to support work loads *Qualifications* · Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, with 2 years of additional experience required in lieu of a degree - 5 years professional experience with at least 3 years in project or release management · 3 years of IT experience in a corporate environment · 3 years of DevOps or Release Engineering experience preferred - Proven understanding of environment management, software configuration management - Experience implementing software projects into complex production environments · Understanding of environment management, software configuration management · Excellent written and oral skills important, including presenting to groups desired Best Regards, *Ranjeet Majumdar* | SYSMIND, LLC [image: https://newoldstamp.com/editor/profilePictures/profile-b15c8fc3ea4630e2ca604f11e3e951c7-41898.png] Phone: 609-897-9670 x 5117 Email: ranje...@sysmind.com Website: www.sysmind.com Address: 38 Washington Road, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550 Gtalk: ranjeet.sysm...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
