*Duration :- 6+ Month *



Project Overview

This role will support the finalization HRIS configuration for various
initiatives.



Job Functions & Responsibilities

•           Acts as an Expert in HR systems enhancements and projects,
including business requirements gathering, translating requirements into
technology solutions, managing relationship with IT developers and
programmer deliver system enhancements and resolve system issues.

•           Acts an Expert in analyzing and managing HCM related functional
activities and business processes including selection and design of Human
Resource department technology solutions.

•           Acts as an Expert on developing HCM roadmap, blue printing
process for implementation, system configuration, user acceptance testing,
data mapping, uploads, patch application, software upgrade and customizing
reports.

•           Acts as an Expert in maintenance auditing and validating data
within HR systems to achieve data integrity and ensure that system controls
and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements.

•           Acts as an Expert in creating and maintaining process and
procedures documentation and functional specifications related to
production requirements, managing integration points to other modules of
enterprise system.

•           Acts an Expert in training HR Users (new and existing) on
processes and functionality of the systems and assist team with
system-related questions and needs.

•           Knowledge of regulatory laws, and procedures related to HCM
helpful.

•           Assist in maintaining, generating and making available
organization charts by exporting data from the SAP system.  Maintain access
rights to the published charts.

•           Participate in/contribute to user group meetings/conferences.

•           Expert in continuously analyzing system application/tools
knowledge to ensure best practices.

•        Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of HRIS database design,
structure,    functions, processes and experience with database tools.




Skills



•           Strong managerial ability

•           Excellent planning and project management skills required.

•           Excellent written & verbal communications and organizational
skills required.

•           Proven initiative and achievement in improving processes
desired.

•           Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while
adapting to change and managing competing tasks.

•           In depth knowledge of SAP HR Master Data, Org Structure, and HR
Reporting. SAP, ABAP Query, is preferred.

•           Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and
Outlook software.



Education and Certifications

         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field such as
HR Management or 10 years HRIS experience preferable in SAP or an SAP HR
Certification

         10 years’ experience with at least one SAP configuration and
implementation or SAP HR certified.

         SAP Production experience preferred.
