*Responsibilities Ensure successful and timely delivery of assigned projects following methodologies, standards, and strategies. Assess and articulate testing needs for applications and projects quickly and clearly. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing solutions to address them. Monitors testing progress, provides status updates, and escalates issues to project management, test lead and other project participants regarding testing efforts. Documents, reproduces, and retests defects. Reviews requirements using software quality principles, business systems knowledge and/or previous testing experience. Coordinate creation and maintenance of Test deliverables throughout the project. Coordinate creation and maintenance of test cases, test data and test automation. Gather, analyze and communicate test results to project team members and management. Provide root cause analysis of post-production issues. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software testing roles. 3+ years of Test Lead experience, driving test activities for medium and large projects. 3+ years of Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences experience. Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex technical problems. Experience in HP UFT or other test automation tools would be ideal. Experience in HP Quality Center or HP ALM. Ability to write and modify SQL queries. Ability to multi-task, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and schedule changes.
