At least 2 full life cycle CRM Web Channel implementation experience. End to end B2B / B2C solution development and implementation experience using SAP R/3 or ECC as backend. Experience in IPC, Product Catalogue, CRM Internet Sales, CRM Middleware enhancements and integration with third party applications. Experience in the pharmaceutical / life sciences or medical device industry is preferred though not mandatory. · Technical skills: Must have CRM ISA / Web Channel implementation experience using SAP CRM, SAP ECC and SAP development environment. Experience in Java development with strong technical experience in SAP ISA application programming. Proficient in web technologies such as JAVA, J2EE, AJAX and XML. Technical skills also to include JSP, JCo, and Javascript . The candidate should be well versed with development framework provided by SAP NWDS / NWDS and by SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.3. Must be able to write Functional Specifications, perform testing, debug code and work closely with JAVA or ABAP developers for delivery of the functionality being developed. · Other abilities: Ability to work on existing Web Channel application and enhance it based on business requirements. Strong requirements gathering and analytical skills ability to visualize the end to end solution and not just work on components / module development. Effective interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and also in a team environment. Capable of leading small teams on technical development and on packaged software implementation.
