*Sr. PeopleSoft ELM Analyst/Designer*

*Location: **Washington, DC*

*Duration: 6 Months+*





Work with *PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM)* IT applications
and production support team to provide analytical and business expertise to
address:

·         Plan ELM module & PeopleTools upgrades from v9.1 to v9.2 and 8.52
to 8.55. Tasks include monitoring and tracking progress, and ensuring that
project management is aware of all project activities.

·         Perform business and technical analyst functions, including
business process data validation, PeopleSoft product testing from a
functional business area perspective, program development, unit testing of
PeopleSoft application code from a technical perspective, work group/work
session participation, and delivery of technical and business solutions
related to ELM module v9.2.

·         Implement ELM databases resulting from business systems planning
and data requirements planning.

·         Provide analysis of ELM system baseline and perform a Fit-Gap
analysis between the baseline, the user’s operational requirements, and the
operating capability of enterprise application product sets.

·         Perform ELM business and technical designer functions, including
contributing to both the business and technical architecture components of
ELM functions; supporting ELM functional and developmental team members to
assess ELM solution for accuracy and consistency

·         Provide IT support to WMATA’s staff regarding ELM solution
management
