*Position: Business Technical Analyst – With Middleware Exp* *Location: Oakbrook, IL* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description * We are looking for a motivated, quick learning, detail oriented individual to be part of the Middleware Team as a Business Technical Analyst to help extend the integration software for our digital channels. *Responsibilities * • Partnering with stakeholders and other teams to elicit business requirements • Translating business requirements into functional requirements • Managing requirements throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle • Validating that requirements are being met in technical designs and software deliveries • Serving as the subject matter expert for the functionality of the Middleware platform • Improving documentation practices and summarize detailed technical information into more contextual formats as well as develop API documentation that can be used across multiple teams. *Primary responsibilities include: * • Understanding the value and interconnected nature of the various components necessary to deliver individual capabilities across systems and channels. • Understanding Middleware architecture in order to be able to quickly assess if an API change for a provider/subscriber impacts the Middleware API’s. • Partnering with developers to schedule technical engineering meetings with other development teams to validate that requirements are being met • Eliciting, assessing, and authoring business/functional requirements • Creating and maintaining documentation pertaining to product features and work processes while adhering to established standards • Remaining current on Business Analysis practices, techniques, and tools • Following-up with internal clients about completed tasks to ensure client satisfaction • Translating technical information into business-focused, contextual deliverables • Flowcharting processes in logical diagrams *Minimum Requirements * • 5+ years of experience as a Business Technical Analyst eliciting/defining requirements, building systems solutions, and managing business requirements. • 2-3 years of experience with integrating systems with a Middleware platform preferred • Strong organizational skills and communication expertise complemented by a technology background Experience in developing, integrating back-end systems/APIs and third party applications • Ability to understand complex integration needs and work with multiple teams to drive alignment, integrate, and certify solution • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment • Preferred experience with mobile and digital technologies and eco systems. • Exposure with any global rollout of applications is helpful • Documentation skills including non-functional, functional, business rule, and business processes Thanks &Regards, Narendra Sharma|*Technology Resource Group**.*| 3736 Hills-dale Court Santa Clara, CA 95051| Office:408-709-1760 ext-9947 Fax: 408-884-2409| *naren...@tresourceinc.com* <naren...@tresourceinc.com> |http://www.tresourceinc.com/ *|* Yahoo-IM- *narendra.it25* | Gtalk- *narendradyss* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
