*Duration: **12 months* *Citizenship Status? **Open to H1’s, GC holders, U.S. Citizens* *Need Local* *Job Descripton:* The Serialization IT BA will be responsible detailing the technical solution which will require developing relationships with Business Project, surfacing unmet IT needs and project requests. S/he will be expected to actively gather requirements, communicate with partners to assure their understanding of existing tools, projects, and future direction, and meet their ever-changing needs. S/he will focus on building strong partnerships and delivering operational, strategic and meaningful IT solutions The Serialization IT Business Analyst position is responsible for supporting the EPCIS Implementation and CMO/3PL Integration projects from the IT analysis perspective. The position requires business knowledge and system knowledge of Serialization and an understanding of global regulations in the Serialization area. • IT Serialization SME/IT Solution Champion; analyze, develop, document and disseminate. • Gather and document user requirements and business processes • Partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions to fit business needs • Work with IT Quality to conduct risk assessment against the user requirements • Perform impact analysis for application changes and business process optimizations • Support UAT by working with the business and IT QA (define test scope, scenarios to be tested, identify areas of impact requiring regression testing, etc.) • Analyze and development of business processes/user documentation • Assist in the development of data migration plan • Communicate complex technical problems and solutions to the wider business audience • Develop the validation approach and develop the associate documentation. Requirements: 8+ years’ IT Senior BA/SME experience. 5+ years’ IT Senior BA/SME experience of in a GxP (Supply Chain) environment with fluent knowledge of Serialization – demonstrable technical articulation. 5+ years’ SME experience in complex, cross-functional solutions. Demonstrate strong understanding of serialization, its processes and technology stack. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Serialization data, data flows and Master Data BA or BS (ideally Computer Science, Business or Supply Chain/Manufacturing/Operations).
