SDN engineer -12+ months contract
Location Little rock AR ,can also be Greenville SC Three –four main skills – Along with the SDN 1. Strong knowledge in Python 2. Knowledge in REST, JSON, YANG, Git concepts 3. Knowledge in networking (Wave/OTN, L2/L3), SDN and Virtualization (VM, dockers) 4. Work experience in Linux OS. 5. Knowledge about Agile process 6. Onsite / Offshore coordination Required skills • Development leadership of a SW product or technology • knowledge of programming language (python) • Architectural experience or knowledge of network management system • Strong knowledge of telecom and networking technologies such as WAVE/ OTN, L2/L3 , Ethernet, TCP/IP, and NFV • Familiarity with web services and web technologies such as HTTP, Restful API, JSON, XML. • Familiarity with Linux development environment and open source software • Strong knowledge of network element protocols (TL1, CLI, SNMP, NetConf) • Use case experience of SDN/NFV concepts and standards, including YANG model, OpenFlow • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong debugging and trouble shooting skills • Must be able and willing to work in a high energy, dynamic and fast paced development environment • Ability to work in agile scrum team Desired skills & Experience • Fundamental experience with Software development environments Git, Docker • Experience on Ciena Blue Planet, specifically related to building resource adapters • Experience with Ethernet Switches and Routers (L3 domain): Cisco, Juniper • Experience with virtualization: OpenStack / VMware, KVM, libvirt Required Experience • BS/MS degree in Computer Science/EE or equivalent • 10+ years in Software Developme Ram, ram.r...@gmail.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
