- AGILE TEAM COACH -TX - - Develop and implement Agile transformational efforts for the organization to drive business results. - Provide Agile training and coaching to help team members better understand and perform their roles in an Agile environment. - Responsible for Agile training / workshop material and delivery. - Help facilitate, develop, and share Agile best practices across the organization. - Work at all levels of the organization and stakeholders of varying maturity to drive business results through the implementation and use of Agile best practices. - Help drive the creation of a standard Agile software development practice. - Advise on measureable KPI’s and metrics to track product development progress.
