DevOps Engineer you will have a strong technical background and be
responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production issues,
developing monitoring solutions and tools which will automate daily
operational activities.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to work independently and
juggle multiple tasks.
You must be able to identify problems before they happen, dig deep for root
causes and implement solutions that prevent future occurrences.
This role will require that you hit the ground running and will often
require coordination between multiple development and IT support teams.

Over all Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Windows/Linux) and
network administration (DNS, Load balancing, and VPN).
Strong understanding of the application stack (HTTP protocol, load
balancing, proxies, REST).
Experience with at least one of the following languages (Java, .NET, Ruby,
Python, Perl).
Experience with automation frameworks such as Puppet/Chef .
Knowledge of best practices in release management.
Solid networking knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, analytical and collaborative problem-solving
skills.

Required Skills:
Must have very strong Windows/ Linux environment experience. He thinks
Senior Systems Engineer might be a better title for the role.
AWS experience is a must/ real infrastructure and knows how to use that
knowledge in the Cloud (aka data center migrations to cloud)
Must be able to heavily modify puppet script manifests
MS SQL Clustering must be able to speak the language, accurately explain
how long it would take to build/ implement a SQL cluster if given a
hypothetical scenario
Windows Server have you done enterprise level stuff with multiple sites and
exchange servers /Enterprise level migrations, etc.
Must be able to get into detail with regards to DNS Records do know DNS
records( Can you explain DNS records in a non-technical fashion).
Must be able to build windows server/ Linux server.
Must be able to re-build/ troubleshoot a server that crashed.
Knowledge of DMZ is preferred, but not required. However, if they have DMZ
on their resume they must be able to explain it in detail.
