The developer will extend existing Fiori apps as well as create new custom apps to support business needs. The Developer will be responsible for implementation of Web Applications and/or upgrade projects with technical knowledge primarily in SAP NetWeaver, UI5, Java, ABAP and Gateway. Additionally, the Developer will have experience in working with Agentry/SMP/ Work Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both strong functional and technical understandings of the SAP UI5 architecture. This position will be based out of Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities include: • Designs and constructs highly complex programs and interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems. • Develops extensions to the SAP delivered Fiori components related to the HCM, Finance, Procurement, and GRC functions. • Implements custom UI5 and Agentry applications to support the business. Immediate requirement is for Operations function of the business. • Provides technical expertise, problem analysis, and systems development services for the design of new or modified applications. • Develops new system functionality to achieve continuous system improvements, to enable new or existing business requirements. * Education and Experience * • BS degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or related field. • Minimum of five (5) years of technical or functional experience utilizing SAP Netweaver ABAP and/or Java and JEE. • Web development skills with HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, etc. is preferred. • Experience with Responsive Web design and related mobile technologies. • Experience in SAP HANA, ABAP Web Dynpro/FPM, SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms is highly desired. • Development experience with SAP UI5, Fiori, SAP NW gateway, oData. • At least 2-3 previous projects in implementing Fiori launch pad configuration, creation and maintenance of groups & tiles, and Fiori theme designer - customization of theme on Mobile Platform. • Minimum 2 years of coding skills – UI5 Scripting (Java script), XML and CSS (Jquery is an added advantage) in SAP WEB IDE or Eclipse IDE. • Minimum 2 years’ experience in working with Agentry/SMP/ Work Manager • Ability to learn new systems and technology to effectively design end to end effective solutions. • Able to take direction as well as capable of working with minimal supervision. • Candidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
