Unix Shell Scripting and text processing tools, Oracle 10g, Remedy

*Job Responsibilities. – *

Very extensive knowledge on Action Request System (Core remedy concepts)

Good knowledge on incident, change and problem management.- Responsible for
application and data administration of BMC Remedy Action request System

Providing solutions to technical limitation in REMEDY.

Developing interface for external systems to integrate with remedy quickly

Integration of Web based application for automated ticket creation through
web services

Configuration of foundation data like location, support groups.- Designing
the template for the configuration of foundation elements including the
product and operational categorizations

Create and manage user documentation and provide one-on-one user assistance
and planned user training as necessary

Troubleshoot any productions outages and restore the service

Build any scripts that would be necessary for maintenance/reducing manual
activity.- Promote code from lower environments to higher environments like
test, staging and production.Technology Stack- BMC Remdy (Action Request
System)

Oracle SQL- Unix shell scripting.- Knowledge on java / webservices will be
helpful"
