Netcool /NT Service Monitors *Description : * · Supports with reporting and analysis. · Develops report specifications of data requirements and provide analysis. · Supports the team in the preparation and submission of financial and progress reports as required. · Creates and prepares documentation, reporting and metrics. · Supports in gathering, defining, documenting and clarifying business requirements. · Works cross-functionally on development and implementation of projects and ensures the success of projects/programs. · Requires a strong understanding of discipline. · Able to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems and develop recommendations. · Makes decisions within broad parameters. · Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience. *Responsibilities: * · Maintenance and Configuration of IBM Tivoli Network Manager · Configure and maintain Discoveries · Create new Devices and manage MIBS · Work with Object Server and Impact policies to integrate ITNM monitoring · Help with planning proper sizing and architecture for the Netcool Environment · Assist in the configuration of probes and various other Netcool products. *Preferred: * · Advanced Linux Skills · Advanced Bash, KSH, CSH, and Perl scripting · Advanced DB2, MySQL Configuration and query skills · Advanced Networking skills including SNMP development. · Ability to create Dash/Jazz/TCR reports and Dashboard *Nagarjuna.
