*Need only Local US Citizens.* *Experience:* A proven track record of building .NET applications with Expertise in .NET technologies like C#, WCF, WPF, Prism, Unity, Web API (Rest Services) Exposure to Microsoft technologies like VB6, COM/DCOM Experience on Design patterns like MVVM, MVP, MVC Strong SQL Server database experience. Experience with SQL Server 2012, 2014, 2016 preferred. Experience working in the Agile model Experience in the Healthcare or Financial domains desired *Academic and Professional Qualifications:* Successful completion of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant Technical / Business Experience *Accountabilities: * Design, code and debug applications. Production, preparation, maintenance and execution of unit tests, integration tests and any associated plans. Perform software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis. Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Integrate software with existing systems. Maintain standards compliance. Provide performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation. Participate in full life cycle application development. Ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables. Liaison with Business Analysts and/or internal / external customers to ensure that requirements are understood. Production of accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the required level of detail in the timelines as defined by the PM.
