large SAP support project. Candidate with background in CRM or HCM would
be preferred. Background is drive completion of RICEFW is a plus. Must
relocate for this long term duration project
General Job Description for all:
Candidates must have 8-10+ years of SAP project delivery and management
experience, in a large consulting services environment, 12+ total yrs
experience. Candidates must have experience in managing multiple
full-lifecycle engagements with 20+ full-time project team members.
Candidates must demonstrate leadership and managerial skills, as well as the
ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership. They
must have a deep understanding of SAP software and relevant implementation
methodology experience (e.g., ASAP, global delivery model, working in
onsite/offshore environment). Candidates must have experience with managing
project financials as well as the commercial and contractual aspects of
projects. Experience with blueprinting, configuration, RICEFW functional
specifications, testing, end user training, user acceptance, go-live and
production support. Must understand usage of Solution Manager. Must have
strong English verbal skills and excellent ability to integrate in a large
team environment with team members from client and other vendors. They must
have the ability to work closely with key stakeholders to communicate
progress, vision and facilitate buy-in.
