*Position:* Windows CE Mobile Driver Developer *Location:* Bay Area, CA *Duration:*6 Months contract to Hire/ Full Time *Rate:* Open *Windows CE/Mobile Driver Developer for WLANs* A challenging position at a small company focused on providing the latest wireless products for mobile applications under the Windows CE OS. High visibility, lots of variety, challenging problems in leading edge wireless areas like security, encryption, and VOIP. *In this role, you will perform the following:* - Develop and debug WLAN driver issues for CF/SDIO based 802.11b/g/a cards under Pocket PC/Win CE environment - Use Wireless Sniffer programs such as Airopeek, network analyzers to debug driver/protocol issues - Use Platform builder to debug SDIO/CF driver issues - IEEE 802.11e Quality of Service (Qos)/WMM implementation, fast roaming, and security (ERP/WPA/WPA2 and 802.1x, 802.11i) protocols - Implement Cisco Compatible Extensions (CCX) on WLAN client running on handheld devices such as PDAs, and SmartPhones - Use hardware debug tools, like a logic analyzer, to isolate low level issues - Use development platform such as Mainstone for Compact Flash (CF) and Secure Digital IO (SDIO) driver issues - Low level debugging, write Win 32 programs, diagnostics and validation of driver - Hardware bring-up, integration of SW and H/W *Requirements:* - BS/MS (EE/CE), 5+ years of driver development, WLAN protocol development - Hands on experience in developing Pocket PC windows drivers (NDIS) and knowledge about WinCE driver software architecture - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows development environment and specifically Pocket PC/ Win CE - Expertise in Microsoft's Embedded tools for Visual/embedded visual Studio, platform builder and Win Debugger is needed - Very strong debug skills for Win CE driver development, preferably for Broadcom/Marvel/Atheros chipset (at least one) - Experience with CF and SD interfaces and driver development, knowledge of host drivers Experience with WLAN protocols development, QoS (WMM) implementation, 802.1x, security WEP/WPA/WPA2, TKIP, LEAP, RADIUS and 802.11i etc. - Very strong in programming language C/C++, MFC/Win 32, and code diagnostics, troubleshooting etc. - Usage of Logic analyzer, signal analyzer, understanding of PHY layer Please let me know if you are available for this position or revert back to me with your updated resume along with your best Salary. -- Warm Regards, Raj Resource Manager Phone: 425-484-9307 Fax: 425-605-2139 P-Calyxsis Technology Solutions LLC Website: www.p-calyxsis.com E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Warm Regards, Raj Resource Manager Phone: 425-484-9307 Fax: 425-605-2139 P-Calyxsis Technology Solutions LLC Website: www.p-calyxsis.com E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oracle" group.
