Pay Rate: $45-50/hr on ctc
Title:Peoplesoft Consultant
Our client has a 1 year contract for a Peoplesoft Consultant in
Sacramento, Ca.The consultant should have technical software
development experience in PeopleSoft v8.xx HRMS and Time and
Labor modules,
Time Administration Process, Application Engine, Component Interface,
PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, and SQL.
*The consultant skill set must include the following:*
· * Industry standard project management methodologies*
1 The ability to conduct software development analysis in
conjunction to standard industry practices
2 Experience working as lead developer on multiple Interface
projects
3 Detailed knowledge of Oracle RDBMS with the ability to
understand and execute ODBC technology.
4 Expert knowledge of Extensible Markup Language (XML).
5 Detailed knowledge of Project Management Software COTS
Products (desirable)
· * Detailed knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, ie;*
1 HRMS & Campus Solutions / T&L 8.9 MP1
2 Peopletools 8.47.07
3 JRE 1.4.2_14 – for PeopleTools
*· Experience in developing queries, adhocs and scripts utilizing
PL/SQL*
1 Experience in various development/testing and Adhoc reporting
tools to validate the acceptance test plan and apply
troubleshooting skills
as required to resolve interface integrity issues
*a. The consultant(s) required skill sets and expertise in the
following:*
- Technical software development experience in PeopleSoft HRMS and Time
and Labor Modules (version 8.XX), PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, and SQL
- Demonstrated knowledge of Caltrans' business processes related to
time reporting
- Experience in designing, coding, and documenting software
modifications
- Experience in developing and executing unit and system software
tests
- Experience in identifying and resolving software defects
- Demonstrated experience in providing problem resolution strategies
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collectively within a team
environment
The consultant(s) should have technical software development
experience in PeopleSoft v8.xx HRMS and Time and Labor modules, Time
Administration Process, Application Engine, Component Interface,
PeopleCode,
PeopleTools, SQR, and SQL.
