We are looking Architect/Lead level candidate.* ** *Position: Senior Application Architect * *Location: Fort Collins, CO* *Maximum cost rate (all inclusive)* *Duration: 4 months* *Rate:- $50/hr (all inclusive)Best* Job description: The person will be responsible for architecting, modeling and designing a complete web based database application. Responsibility includes: 1. Defining, understanding and finalizing a new application scope and requirements with client 2. Developing the functional architecture (front-end and database) of the application from scratch 3. Developing the front-end design using standard modeling tools such as UML (use case, object diagram, state diagram) 4. Developing the back-end database model, design (queries, stored procedures and functions) on SQL server 2000/2005 to support a new front-end design 5. Define and validate all data requirements by developing complex SQL queries in existing databases 6. Developing detail technical specification of the front-end and database model and developing the application modules. 7. Testing and verifying applications overall functionality (front-end and database) 8. Working closely with client?s development groups to co-ordinate design and development of the complete application. Must have: 1. 4-5 years of strong knowledge on architecture and design experience on web-based and database application using SQL server (2000, 20005) 2. 4-5 years of strong development experience on web development technologies (ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, HTML, java scripts), SQL server (complex SQL Queries, stores procedures, functions) 3. Strong experience on creating architecture and design specifications documents for front-end and database application 4. Ability to create and manage detail test plans for an end-to-end application functionality 5. Strong attention to details, strong communication skills and working experience with client in consulting role.
