Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding,
testing, debugging and documenting programs. May require an associate's
degree in a related area. Complete development of the Georgia CDH
enhancements for Provider ePortal. Develop code to support the PRAWS
(Provider Referral Auth West) project that will be moved to projection in
the 2nd quarter of 2009. This will also require developing code to integrate
with EIS which is new for Provider. Support continuing development of the
Provider ePortal application as defined by the 2009 Plan of Record. Strong
Java Programming.

2. Position : SOA Architect
Location: Westlake, OH
Duration: until Jul. 009
Pay Rate: $45/hr corp. to corp.
Skills:
Experience implementing SOA solutions in the banking industry
Experience integrating & running core banking solutions including and
understanding of bank operations, auditing & regulatory requirements,
balance and controls.
Understanding of SOA architectural principles including experience working
with IFX based message schemas
Insures solution conforms to the Design for Run principles
Insures application integration is in line with Financial Services business
direction
Identifies opportunities to streamline the overall solution architecture
Insures partners solutions are leveraged in the best interest of the Client
and EDS

Location: Mountain View, CA
Pay Rate: $35/hr corp. to corp.
Proficiency - Expert Experience - 5 Plus years
Ideal candidate will have:
At least 7 years of s/w development experience using java/j2ee
weblogic application server (ATG experience required)
strong grasp of OO concepts
strong SQL skills in oracle database
experience working on web-services, ssl/digital certificates
experience with open source frameworks like spring/hibernate
Good knowledge of Interwoven Teamsite
Job Functions:
The position is for a java/j2ee developer who can develop (or enhance
existing) applications/web-services on top of weblogic application server
using standard j2ee frameworks like spring, hibernate etc.

Must Have: These are the technologies used by the site- these should be
considered required for supporting the site. • ASP (both JSCRIPT and
VBSCRIPT -- GSR heavily uses this)
• ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> (all applications except Web to Lead. Note that
this is very different from ASP – not just a new version– person should have
capability in both, and for ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> should include 3.5
experience as the newer features, such as themes, are used)
• Web Services (AI has had a lot of maintenance historically that requires
capability here)
• JavaScript (all applications)
• CSS Layer 2 (all applications)
• X/D/HTML (entire site)
• C# (all applications except for Web to Lead)
• Oracle 9i & 10g (DDL, DML - all applications except for Web to Lead)
• PLSQL (used for all applications except Web to Lead)

5+ years Object oriented development using server-side Java or J2EE in a
team setting
Automated unit testing (i.e. JUnit, MockObjects, etc)
Familiar with industry standard frameworks
Spring (or other dependency injection framework)
Hibernate (or other O/R mapping framework)
