We have the following requirements with one of our client at *GA*.
Appreciate if you can forward your latest word format resume as soon as
possible.
Description: *QA Tester (EDI & Gentran) Consultant*
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
2 or more years of experience with verifying EDI documents. ( Must
be able to take an EDI document and verify each segment/element within the
document).
2 or more years of experience working with a Gateway system such as
Gentran Legacy/ Mercator (TSO) and/or Gentran Integration Suite (GIS).
Review Requirements documents and ensure requirements are solid
prior to testing.
Review Technical Specification documents
Coordinate the testing efforts with other teams and the carriers
Experience writing End to End Test Cases in Test Director or HP
Quality Center
Experience writing Test Plans
Open Defects and monitor the progress until issues are resolved.
Re-test defects
Closed defects
Train the Production Support staff on the EDI documents.
Here's an updated list of the EDI documents: The EDI documents for
the first project are (820, 824, and 831).
The second project the EDI documents are (204, 210, 214, 315, 810,
812, 816, 820, 850, 852, 856, 860, 864, 990, 997)
We need candidates that can take the lead on their EDI documents
with minimal supervision or training.
