Products include, but are not limited to: * * - TaxStream Enterprise - Citrix Version * * - TaxStream Professional * * - iTaxStream * ** Analyzing of technical customer support tickets of TaxStream clients * ** Analyzing the specifications of TaxStream's hosted environment and developing suggestions for optimizing this environment* * * *The following characteristics are preferred, but not required, for candidates applying for this position: * * * ** Bachelors and or Associates Degree in a computer technology related field, Masters Degree preferred * ** Four to five years of related work experience as a client facing call center/help desk representative, database administrator or equivalent consulting experience. * ** Experience with Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Terminal Services * ** Experience with Citrix Presentation Server and Citrix Secure Gateway * ** Experience with shared databases, specifically Oracle 9i and 10g and SQL Server 2000 and 2005 * ** Experience with web and application servers - specifically Apache Tomcat * ** Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems using a variety of resources and tools * ** Proficiency in troubleshooting installation errors * ** Possess exceptional time management and interpersonal skills * * * -- Thanks & Regards.
