Duration: 6+Months Technical: 60-70% Functional: 30-40% No Visa Restrictions: Any legal immigrant can apply. Qualifications - BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent technical experience. - Strong interpersonal skills as well as good written and verbal communications skills. - Minimum 8 years experience in business systems software development with 2 years project management responsibility. - Strong Techno-Functional candidate with minimum 7 years experience in Implementing and supporting Oracle HRMS/Payroll and Benefits . Minimum 6 years experience designing and developing RICE Objects.applications in the Oracle RDBMS environment. - Minimum 3 years experience implementing and/or supporting UNIX based applications. - Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills necessary. - Oracle Developer skills necessary. - UNIX shell scripting skills necessary. - SSHR, OSB/OAB, Custom PLL, Wo.rkflow & Alerts very helpful. - Visual Basic, ASP, JavaScript, ADS, HTML & XML skills a plus.
