Below are further details on the positions Position: * ** Lead Oracle Functional Analyst Consultant * Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 12 months * * *Required Skills: (NEED TO HAVE ALL SKILLS BELOW)* Architect and primary functional analyst for the client application. This position serves as a *primary technical SME* for the application through translation of Business requirements into Functional design including Data Migration and Data Analysis. The successful candidate will possess 3+ years experience in the following technologies and disciplines: *- Business requirements analysis - Functional analysis - Schema development - Oracle 8/9/10* The Oracle Functional Analyst is responsible for the same activities as the Technical Architect but has a broader scope of responsibilities and more in-depth business and technical knowledge. Responsible for multiple projects or large complex projects with cross functional teams and business processes. Demonstrate expert knowledge in multiple technical and business functional areas as well as performing a larger leadership role in the organization. Apply broad in- depth business and technical knowledge to establish technical direction and priorities. Resolve and work on issues across multiple functional areas. Effectively monitor and take action to ensure coordination and effectiveness of all components and activities and decide on issues requiring escalation. Incumbents understand the system flow for a project throughout an entire functional area (e.g. Billing, Customer Care) not just a subsystem area.
