*Duration : 4+ Months* * * *Job Description:** * Project manages service improvement projects in the I&A Content Service Management team. The team is responsible for end to end service delivery. *Duties:* * * - Defines, documents and manages SIPs (Service Improvement Projects) - Actively participates in all project phases and acts as the single point of contact. - Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of projects - Estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project - Develops project plans, tracks activities against these plans, and provides regular status reports to stakeholders - Chairs project and service meetings and develops supporting documentation * * *Qualifications**:* * * - A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering etc.) is preferred. - Excellent oral and written communication skills - *10+ years, in a technical implementation and support role, in complex organizations* - *5+ years as a project manager for the delivery of complex products and services* - *2 + years experience with ITIL processes and process improvement.* ITIL certification preferred - Project Management certification (PMP) preferred -- Thanks & Regards.
