Experience using design patterns and UML required. Looking for someone who can help mentor other designers/developers. *10 years of experience required!* **This role will also transition, after design and coding, into a test coordination role where the applicant will help coordinate and facilitate a UAT test site in the midwest.*** Responsible for requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing and implementation of the organization's systems and software. May participate in the planning, evaluation, installation, implementation, communication, and client training for new technology and enhancements. Responsible for the understanding and application of the organization's processes, procedures, design and coding standards as it applies to own work assignments.
