*Position: CISCO OpNet Engineer Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration: 24 months* *Rate: $50 (Not Negotiable)* *Project Description: * OpNet Application Modeling *Job Description: * The position will be using the OpNet tool to take requests from Lilly application developers and build predictive models to the application performance. *SKILLS:* *Required Certifications: CCNP * 1) OpNet Intermediate Required 2) IP Network Knowledge Intermediate Required This position will be required to use the OpNet tool. In this capacity, application engineers will ask the OpNet engineer to run network simulations using OpNet Modeler software. This tool will be used to predict how applications will perform on the customer's network. The OpNet engineer will communicate this information to the application engineer to assist in predicting how the application will perform in the customer network when deployed. Additionally, the position may be called upon periodically to assist in troubleshooting problems within the customer's network using OpNet.
