Position: Sr.Net Developer. Location: New Providence, NJ. Duration: 3 months with opportunity for renewal. ** *Looking for SENIOR .NET developer. * *Must have qualifying experience guiding the technical work of other .NET developers*. ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript programmer with significant web front-end experience. VB.NET a plus. Must have public-facing web site development experience (site(s) that experience thousands to millions of visitors per month) Site Core (CMS) or Community Server development experience a significant plus. Bachelor's degree in CS and minimum 5-6 years relevant experience required. Perform and/or lead software development and support tasks as part of the development team. Participate and/or lead requirements analysis, engineering sizings, object oriented analysis/design/implementations. Be able to create and articulate design/implementation options and tradeoffs to peers, tech leads, and management. Create and manage individual development schedules. Promote and use ?Best Practices? For software development. Ability to work in teams. Consults with clients and other project team members to design, build and manage web sites or business systems. Develops installation programs for websites or business systems. May negotiate contracts/agreements with software vendors and other internet companies. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
