Job Title: SAP ISU/CCS and CRM 2007 Location: Davenport Duration: 6 months Project Overview: Our client is mid-sized Utility company that is creating a proto-type SAP system of SAP ECC 6.0 with SAP*s IS-U/ CCS and CRM 2007. They are in mid phase right now with the implementation, and have been working on the Master Data for all the IS-U systems. They are to the point where they have cleansed the data very thoroughly, and are looking for a Functional Consultant who to work as the CRM expert to help configure the settings for the Middleware for CRM and the Master Data Templates. Day to Day Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration settings of the CRM 2007 module as it pertains to creating the go between the CCS module and CRM. Person will need to be able to configure CRM to be able to create and view the master data from ECC onto the CRM screen. The client needs help because they have gotten stuck on how to replicate the data on CCS onto the CRM system smoothly and efficiently. Person needs to understand how to configure the Middleware and use Master Data Templates (MDT) to get this done. Skills: Must have hands on configuration experience of CRM Web Client, in conjunction with ISU-CCS. (Preferably CRM 2007) * Experienced Configuration for the various business processes including but not limited to: Contract management, Collections management, Invoicing, and Work Management. * Hands on experience working in an environment that implemented the ISU module of SAP in conjunction with CRM Web Client. Preferably ECC 6.0, ECC 5.0, or minimally R/3 4.72 (not preferred). * Good knowledge of the configuration touch points in ECC 6.0 as it relates to the business processes that cut across both the systems. * Specialized in CRM and CRM ISU Middleware. * Ability to configure the CRM ISU Middleware to enable business transactions to work seamlessly across both the CRM and ISU systems. * Ability to configure system to cater to business process based on available cook books or IMG documentation without too much additional help. -- Thanks & Regards.
