Job Title: SAP Security Location: Kansas City, MO Duration: 10 months Our client is seeking an SAP Security Consultant for a contract scheduled through the end of the year. The resource must be willing to be onsite at our client Monday through Friday. There is not a telecommuting option for this position. Position Description: The qualified candidate will participate as a member of the company*s SAP Security Administration . The qualified candidate will participate in all aspects of SAP Security including but not limited to role creation, segregation of duties (SOD), transports, and organization levels. Additionally, the selected candidate will provide end-user support. The selected candidate will be responsible to contributing to the SAP Security Administration team meeting target SLA*s, Audit Compliance, and management defined performance metrics. The selected candidate will also collaborate closely (dotted-line) with the IT division Security Team. Tasks to be performed: Need an SAP Basis *Security resource to help with implementation of the following instances. - ECC - BI - APO - MDM - CRM - XRPM - Enterprise Portal Provide hands on support with security requirements dealing authorization, ID provisioning, ID management, on ABAP and Java stacks. Job Requirements: * Ensure confidentiality, integrity and accessibility information residing in SAP systems. * Defining and documenting security processes. * Design, configure, document and test application security roles for all environments. * Develop and test interface security. * Develop custom security objects as required. * Configure and test table and program security. * Recommend default security settings. * Relate organization roles to SAP security profiles. * Configure security components. * Develop the application security test approach. * Work with teams to define transaction and reporting requirements of each role. * Participate with the administration of SAP Security including problem resolution, ID creation and maintenance, transport creation/release/move, and role creation/maintenance. * Support project team security admin and testing requirements for sandbox, development, training, test and production. * Implement and configure security tools such as CUA and VIRSA/GRC. * Perform segregation of duties analysis. * Identify end users for production security mapping and training. * Develop security cutover plan. * Ensure quality of data for conversions and interfaces. * Ensure compliance to Security Policies, Procedures, and control sets. * Assist in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of SAP related security tools, techniques, and mechanisms to meet business needs. * Other duties as assigned by management. Soft Skill Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated team player. * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high pressure environment. * Technical experience in the design and configuration of applications. * Analytical, organizational and communication skills. * Excellent attention to details. Experience / Educational Requirements: * Knowledge of SAP security best practices. * SAP role-based design expertise. * Experience with resolving end-user security problems/various troubleshooting tools and techniques. * Experience with Segregation of Duties resolution. * Experience with ID creation and maintenance. * Experience with role creation and maintenance. * Strong understanding of derived and composite role concepts. * Sarbanes-Oxley experience. * Experience with SAP/GRC toolset (CC, AE, FF). * Experience creating Authorization Objects in SAP Business Warehouse. -- Thanks & Regards.
