Worker will be responsible for translating business requirements into specific design solutions. Compile data from multiple sources, perform data analysis, and perform data quality assurance. Perform advanced development and analysis of MS Excel spreadsheets. Participate in requirements reviews and design reviews with other CPA IT staff. Provide technical assistance and support for data entry analysts responsible for compiling data. Share information with external entities in a customer service environment. Performs other related work as assigned. Specifically this worker will assist with all tasks associated with preparing contractor catalog data for the Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS) online ordering system known as TxSmartBuy.com. Worker will analyze contract awards and design an approach for loading the contractor award items into TxSmartBuy.com. Worker will supervise a team of temporary data entry analysts responsible for formatting MS Excel spreadsheets of contractor data.
