Position Requirements * Minimum 9 years of software development experience, and experience as a Technical Lead * Minimum 7 years coding experience using Java and other object oriented programming languages. * Extremely strong and demonstrated capabilities in Java and J2SE fundamentals. * Practical working experience with J2EE architecture. Experience with Struts. * Experience in Web User Interface development using AJAX and Web 2.0 * Must have experience working in Linux and Windows development environments. * Experience working with Web logic, Apache Web Server. * Must have a proficient knowledge of software development methodologies and experience using a UML tool. * Experience in large scale and performance driven software development in an OO environment is required. * Must have experience working with relational DB- such as Oracle.
