*Position Responsibilities*
Working with IT and analytical staff, the Programmer will:
· Debug and test an in-house investor performance reporting
application
· Perform and test enhancements to the application as needed
· Perform and test modifications to report output via *Crystal
Reports *

*Qualifications*
The position requires a bachelor’s degree, excellent analytical skills, an
ability to communicate effectively and a proficiency in *Excel, VB, SQL, and
Crystal Reports.* A minimum of three years of relevant experience is
required, with exposure to commercial real estate and finance preferred. The
individual must have the ability to multi-task and work independently.
