*Job Title:* SAP QA Tester *Job Location:* Seattle, WA *Duration: *5 months * Rate: As low as Possible.* *Required Skills:* QA Tester with experience in testing the SAP application and all system interfaces into SAP. This position will assist in the creation and review of test plans, scenarios, and scripts, while assisting with developing, maintaining, and administering environment test data for various transaction code types. This position also develops, maintains and executes quality assurance test scripts, test cases, and checklists, and provides status and ongoing results of assigned test executions and activities. Documents and assists with resolving defects found during testing phase. • Experience Requirement: 5 Years of SAP Testing experience with projects involving interfaces to multiple internal applications and numerous vendor, SAP HR experience preferable. • Number of projects managed specific to this type of upgrade: 3 Major projects, with at least 1 involving large structure changes. • Number or resources we may need over the life of this upgrade: 1 to 2 *Brief Opportunity Description Purpose of Project:* Project Overview: Project Scope • *Technical* Ø Install and configure SAP Solution Manger 7.0 Ø Develop strategy to upgrade SAP landscape to SAP ERP 6.0 Ø Build and support new SAP Development and QA environments for ERP 6.0 for development and testing. Ø Tune the overall SAP system and application software. • *Functional* Ø Implement new Enterprise, Organization and Personnel structures and transfer employees to new structure. Ø Review all existing customization and configuration for compatibility with the new Enterprise, Organization and Personnel structures and adjust as required. Ø Review all existing customization and configuration for compatibility with ECC 6.0 and adjust as required. Ø Review all existing authorizations, reports, user exits, tables, and interfaces, then modify these as required based on ECC 6.0 requirements. Ø Employ new features to replace existing functionality no longer supported. Ø Perform extensive integration testing. This includes but is not limited to end-to-end testing of major functions such as personal administration, time evaluation, payroll processing, and interfaces (3rd party and internal Client applications), etc. Ø Identify ways to reduce and improve customizations Ø Identify ways to reduce total cost of ownership for the Client.
