Hi friends, Please read the requirement and sent matching profiles only We need only locals or near by to MI for F2F interview Job Title: Systems Analyst Sr, Location: Southfield, MI Duration: 5 Months Rate: OPEN (ALAP) Desired Start Date: 7/27/2009 Estimated End Date: 12/31/2009 *Requirements: * · Perform analysis of multiple areas within the NASCO Processing System (NPS) · Prepare test plans in support of the approved benefit changes. · Create claims test data to support required test scenarios · Execute claims testing, evaluate and document results. · Analyze failed tests, determine root cause for failure, and recommend resolution as applicable. · Provide detailed status reporting and attend and participate in project meetings. *Skills/Qualifications:* · Minimum of 3-5 years of health care experience required with focus on benefit file and claims processing preferred. · Significant claims testing experience required with emphasis on validation of benefit file changes; experience testing on the NASCO platform preferred. · Previous experience preparing written requirements, test plans, and project deliverables required. · Working knowledge of Benefit File Manager (BFM) preferred. · Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills required. · High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. · Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail required. · Strong creative problem solving skills required. · Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group. · Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients required. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes required. · Ability to interact effectively with COMPANY representatives at various levels required. · Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results required.
