Major Purpose: Contribute to development of embedded s/w used in new John Deere IVS products. Duties include: Work in a team environment to design and develop embedded object oriented application software for use in John Deere vehicles. Follow John Deere IVS software processes to produce high quality software using the C++ language and the Windows CE and/or VxWorks operating system. *Requirements: *Qualifications (all minimums): 5 years professional experience in embedded s/w design and development. 3 years professional experience using C++ language and object oriented design 3 years professional experience developing s/w applications to execute under WinCE, VxWorks or other complex operating systems. Very good English communications skills. Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Pre-qualification questionnaire must be completed by the candidate within 1 hour of receipt and submitted with the resume. The answers must be thorough and written out.
