*Telecom Billing Consultant * Rate: $35/hr max Length of contract: 6 months Location: Puerto Rico Travel : 100% Date Needed: ASAP *Overview:* Our client is looking for a bilingual Telecom Billing Consultant to work in Puerto Rico. A Consultant provides technical and business support for design, engineering, programming and problem solving for technology projects.
