*Test Lead / Business Analyst*
*Location: Detroit, MI*
*Duration: 6 Months*
*Rate: $35-38/hr*
*Primary Skills:* *Test Lead, large programs / projects, application
testing, regression / performance testing*
*RESPONSIBILITIES: *
Create formal test strategies plans, estimate test effort and manage
test efforts (all test cycles)
Analyze business requirements and technical specification documents
to develop test cases and scenarios
Work with business and technical resources to analyze problems
encountered in testing and determining changes required to correct problems
Coordinate user acceptance testing
Identify and gather test data
Log test results and defects and perform test results analysis
*Verify test results *
Report testing statuses and results to project teams and management
through reports and presentations
Effectively lead test teams in order to produce quality test
deliverables
Create quality assessment metrics
*REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: *
* 3 -5 years* experience in *test planning, implementing, and
facilitating testing for medium to large projects *
* 2 – 3 years of experience with any testing tools *
Well organized and attentive to detail
Strong analytical skills
Good understanding of testing methodology
*Ability to log test results and defects. *
*5 – 8 years application development including application testing
experience with testing Mainframe systems and Java Applications *
Should be able to manage the test effort for the project
Experience creating automated scripts for regression testing and
performance testing
Experience (such as: test manager) using automated tools for
creating test cases
Project management and team leader experience
*PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: *
Healthcare experience a plus along with experience working as a
business analyst.
Ability to work with multiple vendors to coordinate test activities
