SAP Recipe Management & SAP MDM
Functional role (knowledge in SAP Recipe Management - this would mean an
Hospitality, Foods, Restaurant Biz exposure in the SAP Recipe Management
work area)
Independent assessment of the SAP RM and SAP MDM with respect to Burger
King’s requirements and processes
Lead the SAP RM and SAP MDM RFP technical solution and approach from
Cognizant side.
Work experience should include :
a) SAP Functional Role as Recipe Management Consultant / Architect (as
applicable) for Organizations in Foods (e.g. Tyson foods, Perdue Farms),
Restaurant related biz
b) Functional knowledge of the Recipe domain (this forms an integral
part of the business)
c) Clear consulting experience - managing customer expectations,
ability to work and manage a team
d) Ability to conduct a very detailed analysis of the current biz
process with relation to the applications in use, to compile a high level
document.
e) Work very closely with Onsite / Offshore Team Members to solutioning
customer requirements in an RFP*
